How to whitelist our emails

What is whitelisting?

An email address that is “whitelisted” is one that you trust and have added as an approved sender on your email platform, so that emails from that sender land in your inbox instead of your spam / junk / or promotion folder. Each platform handles “whitelisting” differently. See the sections below for some of the more popular email providers.

NOTE: For other email providers, or if your platform has changed how to whitelist an email (this sometimes happens), check your platform’s help system for more up-to-date instructions.

Add us to your contact list

Most email providers will not mark an email as spam if the sender is listed in your contacts. So it’s good practice to add trusted emails to your contacts.

For Gmail users

If you find our emails in your Promotions tab, drag it to your Inbox. This will tell Gmail that you trust us. And it’s unlikely we will land there again. But not gauranteed. So if you’re ever missing an email from us. You should continue to check Promotions… just in case 🙂

For Yahoo! Mail users

If you find our emails in your Spam folder, select it and press the “Not Spam” button on the menu bar just above your emails. This will tell Yahoo! that you trust us. And it’s unlikely we will land there again. But not gauranteed. So if you’re ever missing an email from us. You should continue to check your Spam folder… just in case 🙂

For Outlook users

Locate an email from us. Right click on the email message, select Junk E-mail from the contextual menu, and then click on Add Send to Safe Senders List in that submenu.
