Don't pay for your new website until you love it.

We build it first. You see your actual site — your brand, your business, live at a link — and you pay only when you look at it and say “that's it.” If you never love it, you never pay.

Ed built exactly the site I described — better than I pictured it. I love it! And it's not just me, people compliment it all the time. Anne Casey, Founder, 5 Degrees

60-second application · 10 build slots a month
How it works

3 steps. Paying comes last — and only if you love it.

STEP 1

60-second application

A few quick questions — your business, your site today, what a new one needs to fix. That's it.

STEP 2

We build first

Your homepage as a real, working site in about 72 hours — your brand, your business, live at a link. Click around, tap the buttons, open it on your phone — it all works. Not a flat picture. Not a template.

STEP 3

Love it, then pay

15 minutes on a screen share, walking through your actual site. Love what we've built so far? We map out the rest together — the pages, the features, how it all works — then we go build it. Don't love it? You owe nothing — ever.

Why ours are different

Not a template. Not a rental. Better — everywhere it counts.

Twenty ways ours are different — speed, security, copy that sells, People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for recommendations instead of Googling. AI search means your site is built so those tools can read it, trust it, and recommend your business., real support, custom features nobody else builds, and a site you own outright.

Built to sell

Built by a marketer, not just a designer — offer, copy, and funnel thinking baked into every page. The goal is customers, not compliments.

Don't pay until you love it

We build first. You look at your actual site and say yes or no. No love, no bill — ever.

You own everything

Site, The service that keeps your website online — the computers your site actually lives on, serving it to visitors around the clock. Whoever controls the hosting controls the site; ours goes in YOUR name., domain — all in your name. Leave any time and take it all with you.

Loads almost instantly

No WordPress sites pile up themes, plugins, and page-builder code — layers of extra software loading on every page. That's 'bloat': it slows your site down for every visitor, and in some cases breaks it outright., no WordPress features come from third-party plugins — each with its own updates, bugs, and security holes. Update one and something else breaks; skip the update and you're exposed. Every update is a spin of the wheel.. Speed wins rankings and conversions — like this page.

Built for AI search

Structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can find and cite you — not just Google.

Copy included

Conversion copywriting comes with the build — not an empty text box you're left to fill.

Rent vs own

The “cheap” website is the expensive one.

Rented and template sites bill you forever — in monthly fees and rebuilds, but also in lost leads, weak security, and headaches that land on you. The chart below only counts the dollars. The dollars alone make the case.

Compare your options

Every way to get a website, side by side.

Five ways to get a website

Side-by-side comparison of five ways to get a website — a Realiiz custom build, a WordPress build from a local developer or agency, a rented template site like Wix or ClickFunnels, a custom build from a traditional web agency, and a DIY AI builder like Lovable or Wix AI — across ownership, copywriting, speed, AI search, reliability, custom software, human support, sales focus, and 5-year cost. Realiiz scores yes on all eight and costs from $6,000, once, over 5 years; each alternative trades away ownership, upkeep, or support, and most cost more over 5 years. On screen, Realiiz is shown against two alternatives at a time — use the buttons to pick which two.

*Straight talk: $6,000 buys a lot of custom — most features clients ask for are included. Bigger pieces like some of these samples can add cost, depending on the effort and complexity involved. If your idea is a big one, we'll scope it honestly on the call — before you owe us anything.

Four samples of the custom work Realiiz builds into client sites, switched with the buttons above. Two are scroll-driven animations: one, built for the Bordi & Sons Roofing website, illustrates a premium roofing system assembling from the deck up — roof deck protection, leak barrier, starter strip shingles, architectural shingles, ridge vent, and ridge cap shingles; the other, built for 5 Degrees, a community brand, shows scattered portraits of people connected in a network assembling into the 5 Degrees logo mark as you scroll. Two are interactive tools: a fence estimator, the kind we build for a fencing company, where you click an aerial photo to sketch a fence and see a live length and installed price, and a mortgage calculator, the kind we build for a real-estate team, with sliders for price, down payment, rate, and term driving a monthly payment breakdown.

5 Degrees

community brand · built by Realiiz

A movement to get people reconnecting in person needed a home that didn't feel like a website, so we built one that moves. Their homepage opens on a custom animated hero: scattered strangers assembling into a community, drawn as you scroll, telling the story of the movement and its founder before a single click. We didn't build what we thought Anne wanted — we listened, and brought her vision to life — down to the smallest detail.

And we didn't just build a site — we built the whole system, end to end. The CRM integration, the email, the hosting, the follow-ups that go out automatically when someone RSVPs or fills out a form — all custom built, all wired together. Clean and simple on the surface, a living community platform underneath:

I told Ed what the movement felt like, and he built a home that feels exactly like that. The events, the RSVPs, the guides — it all simply works. And when we need something new, it just gets added. No drama, no rebuild.

Who's building it

The standard behind every build has a name.

Ed Bordi, founder of Realiiz
Ed Bordi
Founder, Realiiz

Thirty years of building things that had to work.

Realiiz is built on the highest standards — and those standards come from founder Ed Bordi. Thirty years shipping software: Fortune 50 enterprise systems, financial trading platforms, an award-winning architect at Verizon, and a '90s dev team that went head-to-head with Microsoft. Along the way, Wharton-educated in engineering management, Lean Six Sigma, and years as a VP of Sales — so he understands both the build and what makes it sell.

Ed is involved in every build. Sometimes hands-on, always in the details — nothing goes out the door until he has personally reviewed and approved it. Because the gap between a site that looks good and a site that sells is invisible until it costs you: the form that quietly drops leads, the page that loads slow on your customer's phone, the feature you didn't know to ask for. Experience is knowing where those are buried — and everything you just played with on this page came out of this shop.

The opportunity is here, the time is now, and Ed Bordi is the guy that's going to take you there. Kevin Harrington, Shark Tank

Ed equips people with the right tools, knowledge, and mindset to win, consistently. He built the strategy, created a winning attitude and culture, leading his territory to its best year ever in our company's 13-year history. Ed gets results. Geoff Mirkin, Owner, Solar Energy World

We've been in business for over 30 years and needed a website refresh. After researching several companies, we found Ed to be the most reasonable and knowledgeable. He took the time to sit down with us, carefully explaining what was essential and what we didn't need. His work exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend him! Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

What's the catch — how can you build my site before I pay?

No catch — the economics changed. We design and build with AI and modern tools, so a homepage preview costs us days, not weeks of a design team's time. And it means we don't have to promise you we're good — we hand you the proof: your own site, finished, at a link, judged with your own eyes. If you love it, we build the rest — and that's the first time money moves.

What if I don't love it?

You tell us what's off — right on the reveal call, as specific as you like — and we go back to work. We keep polishing, round after round, until you look at it and say "that's it." And if we truly can't get there? The preview expires and you owe zero: no invoice, no kill fee, no hard feelings. The only website you'll ever pay us for is one you love.

Why thousands for a custom build when I can get a website for $500 — or $97 a month?

A $500 site is the bare minimum — a template or a quick AI build, handed over for you to finish, fix, and figure out. It usually sits on a platform you now have to learn to maintain, or on theirs, where you own nothing. And the $97-a-month version? You're not buying a website at all — you're renting one. Stop paying, and it disappears.

What's missing is everything you're actually paying us for. Security. An expert copywriter making sure it sells. Every detail checked and checked again for accuracy and conversion. Integration with your systems — custom work included. And the part no price sheet shows: when your site goes live, it looks amazing, works better than you dreamed — and it has things in it you didn't even know to ask for. The features you only recognize once you see them, and then can't live without — because we don't just want to deliver you a nice website. We want you bragging about it, not just approving it.

So $500 sounds good — until you know the right questions to ask. Then it's a low-quality site that turns into more of your time and another rebuild later. Ours you own outright, the copy is written for you, hosting is free, and there's no rebuild — the cheapest line on the 5-year chart above.

On price: our builds start at $6,000. For a typical small-business site, that's about where it lands. Bigger or more complex builds — more pages, custom software, integrations — run more, and we scope that honestly before anything starts. Payment plans are available either way.

Do I really own it?

Yes — and it's in writing. When the site is done, we transfer everything into your accounts: the site, the hosting, the domain. You can take it anywhere, to anyone, any time. No hostage-taking, no monthly ransom.

How is hosting free?

Because of how we build. Modern hosting platforms offer free tiers that are perfect for most small-business sites — fast, secure, and global — and our sites are built lean enough to run beautifully on them. Most of our clients pay exactly $0 for hosting; a complex site might run ~$20 a month. And it scales: if your business grows, you upgrade the plan, not rebuild the site — the same setup runs everything from a local shop to enterprise traffic. We'll walk through all the details when we speak.

No WordPress? How do I add a blog post or make a quick change myself?

Fair question — it's the first thing owners ask. The answer: updating an AI-built site is even easier than WordPress. No admin maze, no page builder wrestling, no plugin roulette. You say what you want in plain English — a new blog post, a price change, a new photo — and it's done, correctly, without breaking anything else.

And you give up none of the downsides you'd be escaping: no bloat, no plugins to patch, no slow creep, no update that takes the site down at 2am. It's the modern replacement for the CMS, not a compromise. We'll show you exactly how it works on your call — ask us.

How long does it take?

About 72 hours from a qualified application to your homepage preview — a real, working page at a link, not a flat mockup. Then a 15-minute call to walk through it. If you love it, the full site — up to 10 pages — ships in about 2 weeks.

What happens after it launches?

We support it for 12 months, included. Something breaks, you call, we pick up. And it ships right or we keep working free until it is: fast on Google's own speed test, flawless on mobile, built for Google and AI search — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. That guarantee is in writing too.

A website you love — or you never pay.

Answer a few questions, and we start building. You won't pay a dollar until you're looking at your own site saying “that's it.”
