To realize is to make something real. The name comes from CA-Realizer — a An early, approachable programming language — one of the first designed to be easy for non-experts to write. environment my dev team built in the '90s to go head-to-head with Microsoft's Visual Basic. I liked that product so much I eventually named my company after it.
I'm Ed Bordi. Thirty years of shipping software — Fortune 50 enterprise systems, financial trading platforms, and that CA-Realizer team back in the day. I build it, optimize it, understand the business of it, and sell it — and now I'm proving it solo, in public, with AI as the accelerant.
Build it, optimize it, understand it, sell it. Most people do one. The leverage is in all four meeting at once.

I lead every engagement, and I don't work alone. The team is built to match the work — everyone on it is senior, the people deciding are the people building, and nothing routes through an account manager on the way to getting done.
And when a project needs more, it scales. I've led engineering organizations at every size, from a small senior team to many hundreds, and scaling people is the same discipline as scaling systems. Startup MVP or enterprise platform, the team is sized to the work — never more than it needs, never less than it takes.
You always get me — on the call and on the build — with the right team behind me so the work actually ships.

I built SiteScan, a complete SaaS, by myself, working on it part-time, in just weeks. Realiiz is that thesis applied to your business: today, a senior team that does more with fewer people as AI takes on the heavy lifting; tomorrow, possibly a company of one. The work only gets faster and sharper from here. You're hiring where software is going, not where it's been.
